- All data needed to perform the analysis presented in the main paper and supplementary information are contained within the "cities_disasters_actions_data.xlsx" file.
- All code needed to perform the analysis is included in the "cities_disasters_actions_code.R" script file.

Setup:

- Save the data and associated code file to a directory.
- Save the .xlsx data file as a .csv file.
- The code file requires the freely available R software environment, which can be downloaded from https://www.r-project.org/.

Code:

- The R code for generating the information contained in Figure 2, Figure 3, Table 1, Table 2, and all Supplementary Tables is included in the script file.
- After setting the working directory and loading the .csv file, all script can be run as-is to obtain the full compendium of results investigated in the main paper and supplementary information file.
